Appalachian College Association Ledford Scholars Program

The ACA’s Ledford Scholars Program offers financial assistance for intensive research projects to under研究生 enrolled at ACA member institutions.  Under研究生 from Appalachian or contiguous counties, 从任何学科, 有资格, 以及各种各样的研究领域, 研究方法, 方法每年都会得到支持.  In 2022-23, 第一次, student applicants may select their project for either summer or fall term.

The 阿巴拉契亚大学研究计划 is an applied research training program sponsored by the Appalachian Regional Commission for Appalachian college students to support economic development initiatives in their communities. Students enroll in a for-credit academic course to design and lead research projects in Appalachian communities to address regional challenges. Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education Fellowship Opportunities

The purpose of the NSF研究生研究奖学金计划 (GRFP) is to help ensure the quality, 活力, and diversity of the scientific and 工程 workforce of the United States. The program recognizes and supports outstanding 研究生 who are pursuing full-time research-based master's and doctoral degrees in science, 技术, 工程, 和数学(STEM)或STEM教育. The GRFP provides three years of support over a five-year fellowship period for the graduate education of individuals who have demonstrated their potential for significant research achievements in STEM or 干教育.  NSF actively encourages submission of applications from the full spectrum of diverse talent in STEM.
